It is very common for them to have the internal core fail and leak coolant into the combustion chamber. If the failure becomes extremely imminent it is possible for the coolant to profusely enter into the piston chamber and cause a Hydrolock engine failure. Since the coolant cannot be combusted into the engine chamber and then it can bend the rod out of the si
