Did you know that more than 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside a hospital each year? Last week, SEMA team members had the opportunity to participate in a hands-only CPR training, a tool that could help save a life during an emergency. Even if you aren’t trained, doing chest compressions (pushing hard and fast in the center of the chest) is better than doing nothing.
