UFFDA! Let’s make lefse! (This video took DAYS to edit. It’s so chaotic but I had to include all the giggles!) Verdict on the gluten-free Lefse. This flour blend worked really well. Be careful not to overcook it, I didn’t know you should only flip once. I can tell which ones I accidentally flipped twice. But if you microwave it with butter for just a bit, I couldn’t tell the difference and neither could my friend who is a lefse connoisseur!  | That Midwestern Mom
