Get STRONG in the athletic position Aka, the BACK CHAIN!! So much of sports is played in this position, why don’t we train more of it?? Athletes get plenty of forward chain action and reps in the gym, but seriously neglect the back chain. If you’re a serious athlete, you would train the back chain because you understand where your strength and power come from. The GLUTES and HAMSTRINGS. That’s not to say “don’t get strong in other muscles”, but low-key you should be glute and hamstring MAXXING #

Don't skip lower back conditioning. Strengthening the posterior chain muscles is time well spent. Back extensions are a high stimulus, low fatigue exercise.
