Minor 251's are much harder than major 251's. That's because there isn't a single diatonic scale that you could effectively use over the entire progression. The harmonic minor of the tonic is the closest thing. The blues scale also works. But it's still far from what you want, which is being able to utilize the many available options that allow you to fully outline each chord and play the changes.
