BALANCE AND THROW! A little motor planning, balance and coordination challenge this week. I needed to bring the (heavy) BOT-2 balance beam for one student so incorporated this into a balance activity with a balance cushion and balance board. Why balance on one thing when we can use three? 😅 (I know, it’s crazy for a mobile therapist to bring so much stuff !) We also threw the newly crocheted fidget toys at targets on the wall. We had to work a lot on impulse control and planning movements. Ie.
