Lift up into bridge pose and then keep your pelvis level and still as you march one leg and then the other for a few rounds. As one leg lifts off the floor here, the opposite-side leg will have to work much more to hold your position still - especially the posterior & lateral hip muscles (i.e. gluteus maximus & gluteus medius in anatomy speak! 🤓) Then move on to big
