Weapons testing is much more than simply firing a missile or dropping a bomb and seeing where it lands. The entire range that we drop these weapons on is heavily instrumented, capturing vital data on weapon performance. This includes measuring warhead damage. We always need a weapon to have some type of effect…not too much, not too little.
