A Quincy man was cited for driving under the influence after his vehicle was struck by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe freight train early Sunday morning. Quincy Police say a 27-year-old man was driving west on Wisman Lane shortly before 1:30 a.m. when he made a wide left turn and accidentally drove onto the railroad tracks.
