Norton Wankel Rotary Cafe Racer start-up and engine sound. The starting point for this project was a 1988 Norton Commander with a Norton Rotary engine. Some other interesting features include a Kawasaki ZX7R front end, Manx Norton tank and Norton F1 tail fin.
