If you are using Apibioxal liquid trickle, keep it simple and safe. Dose is 5 ml per seam of bees. Measure it properly with a syringe and drizzle it between the seams, slowly and steadily, so you are not splashing it back at yourself or flooding the bees. Please do not skip the basics either: gloves, eye protection, and a mask, and mix and apply in the open air. Oxalic acid is brilliant for mites, but it is not kind to lungs or skin. One thing to be aware of now is timing. As the days get longer
