👉 What does anxiety make you do? All of the actions in this video are safety behaviours. These are things that we do to feel a little safer in the moment. They are highly addictive because they work in the short-term. They give us that instant relief from the anxiety. Moments later the anxiety returns and increases our need to do the same thing again.
