Ever caught yourself over-apologizing at work? You’re in good company. But there’s a risk… Those unnecessary “sorries” can actually chip away at your credibility, a pitfall that could be costing you more than you realize. This is especially the case if you’re already battling confidence issues or if your credibility is in question (think being the newest person on a team, the most junior, a new leader, or part of a minority). Sincere apologies absolutely have a time and place, but over-apologizi
