This is the moment Stephen Bates was arrested by Merseyside Police after he murdered Martin O’Donovan. Mr O’Donovan’s family were celebrating his mother’s 70th birthday when Bates used his car as a weapon, fatally injuring Mr O’Donovan who was sitting outside a house.
