Christmas sweaters are always a highlight of the holiday season for me. While I usually enjoy ugly Christmas sweaters the most, the pattern that I chose for this cake was a bit more tame! I chose a festive pattern that was relatively simple, and easy enough to pipe. I've seen some awesome knitted cakes out there, but they almost always are made with fondant!
