When a water main broke in Hollywood, California, two women stranded on their car were rescued in dramatic fashion. The break completely flooded a freeway offramp and part of the roadway. This car became completely submerged, but luckily the women were able to get on top of the car to wait for help. They were up there for about an hour when firefighters arrived to get them to safety. | Inside Edition

SAINT PAUL: Firefighters and paramedics responded to eastbound I-94 between Snelling Ave. and Hamline Ave. for a traffic crash, with a stalled car left in the middle eastbound lane. A traffic camera captured another driver crashing into the barrier to avoid the vehicle, though there were no injuries reported in any of the crashes.
