TRAFFIC CAUSED BY EDSA REHAB The Department of Public Works and Highways has continued major road repairs on select stretches of EDSA in Pasay as part of the EDSA rehabilitation project. Initial rehabilitation activities include asphalt resurfacing and concrete reblocking on damaged road segments. 24-hour construction works kicked off on December 24 and is scheduled to end by January 5.
