To address the public perception of government services which are often reported as ineffective, RCSC identified a project on Public Service Delivery (PSD) improvement. The new approach of service delivery engages citizens, who are important players of the ecosystem, to co-create ideas for effective and efficient delivery of public services. This video intends to create an awarness within the citizens on the ways of gathering information on the services availed by them from the civil servants. (
