Ingredients: 1 pound beef chunk 1 pound beef shank 1 pound beef tendon (optional) 3 large carrots 3 lemon grass stalks 2 medium shallots 2 ounces of ginger 3-4 star anises 2 cinnamon sticks 1/3 cup annatto seeds 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 2 tbsps of olive oil 3 tbsps tomato paste 1/2 packet of Bo Kho seasoning (which is comprise of mainly paprika, chili, fennel, onion, star
