Although it might not seem that a baby needs exercise but it's important that we start exercises that will help in strengthing muscles and coordination of Movement. There are a variety of exercises you can start with, These are a few to start with the limb. Excercise can be started as early as 4 weeks if the baby was born full term. This is a great exercise that you can do with your baby to strengthen their upper extremities and also bond with your baby at the same time! ⭐️It can be started around 4-5 months old! Don’t worry if your baby can’t keep their arms straight when you first try the exercise. Make sure to place their hands on your collar bones ( or firm part of your chest) ⭐️ To make it easier for your baby try and hold your baby higher up under their waist or chest-this will help unweight their arms to make it easi

⭐️ This is a fabulous exercise for babies to work on their core and neck strength. It can be done as early as 3 months old, and I even do this exercise with “big” kids too! ⭐️ This is a very fun way to strengthen the trunk and neck muscles to help with sitting balance, core strength for crawling and standing balance. 1️⃣ 1 Make sure you are holding your baby tightly with your elbows resting on the ball-so that the ball doesn’t “roll” away and your baby is safe! 2️⃣ Make it tun!
