Tight traps are so common in today’s society. Bad posture is to blame and while that’s spot on. Often times, the fix for tight traps don’t cover all of the bases. Traps can get tight when someone presents with a slouched posture. This happens because when you slouch and work with your hands infant of you (think ANYTHING you do).
