Double bass string cores are made very differently to the ones in electric bass strings… we make a nylon rope comprising of 12 strands for every string before starting to wind the cover material on the core. All of this is made possible with our highly skilled team members using the same machines built in-house and used by Rotosound since the early 1960s. No computers or AI here.
