Hamstring Stretch: Kick Back on Reformer

Here’s 4 exercises you can use to help improve your roundhouse kick mobility: 1️⃣ Standing Hamstring Side Bend (3 sets of 5 reps, holding the stretch for 3-5s at the bottom of every rep) 2️⃣ End Range Abductor Lifts (3 sets of 10 reps, holding the peak contraction for 3s at the top of every rep) 3️⃣ Banded Hip IR (3 sets of 10 reps, holding the peak contraction for 3s at the top of every rep) 4️⃣ Extension to ISO Side Split (3 sets of 6 reps, holding the active stretch for 5 seconds at the top o
