Popular spring break destination to implement restrictions to curb violence
As spring break nears, Miami Beach has announced a series of measures to stop the violence that has broken out at the popular destination in the past. The restrictions include DUI and security checkpoints, license plate readers, $100 parking for some public lots and a potential midnight curfew during some busy nights in February and March.
