Is there a free program out there for Windows 2000 that has most of the functionality of XP's Windows Picture and Fax Viewer? Imaging just isn't cutting it. My 2K users are jealous of my XP users ...

When I first saw this thing, I felt that it fit firmly between two or three worlds and couldn’t quite make up its mind. It’s a photo viewer, it has a great screen, and it has lots of storage space.
