Daytona Beach city officials are collaborating with public safety officials to ensure safety after a large, unsanctioned spring break gathering brought massive crowds to the area over the weekend. Video footage taken Saturday from a balcony at the Ocean Walk Resort shows people running and deputies responding to the scene.
