The novellas chronicle the story of a knight named Ser Duncan the Tall and his squire, Prince Aegon V Targaryen, warmly known as "Egg." There are three books so far: The Hedge Knight (1998), The Sworn Sword (2003), and The Mystery Knight (2010). And yes, we're dealing with yet another Aegon.
