Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos confirmed Nancy Guthrie's blood was recovered near the front door and that investigators still have no suspects.

The FBI said that the ransom note they are investigating in relation to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of "TODAY" co-host Savannah Guthrie, gave a deadline of 5 p.m. on February 5.

FBI has released new details about the identity of the suspect and has doubled the initial cash reward for information leading to a break in the case.
