A third person has died following a catastrophic explosion at a nursing home in Pennsylvania, officials said. The blast occurred at Bristol Health and Rehab Center, also known as the Silver Lake Nursing Home, in Bristol Township on Dec. 23. Two people initially died, and 19 others were hospitalized.
