Carlos Rodón's relatively smooth recovery from offseason elbow surgery has hit a snag. Rodón experienced right hamstring tightness on Tuesday while going through his workout program, manager Aaron Boone said before the Yankees’ game against the Mariners at T-Mobile Park.
