WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday sounded wary of extending the 2nd Amendment to keep guns in the hands of potentially dangerous people who are put under a domestic violence restraining order.

The Supreme Court took up its next Second Amendment case Friday, agreeing to hear a challenge to Hawaii’s ban on carrying concealed weapons on private property without the owner’s express consent.
